STORE POLICY

FLOWERPOTS:  Each pot is hand dipped and no two pots ever come out the same.  There is no guarantee on how the patterns will turn out on each pot.  Each pot is painted and dipped once ordered and may take a few weeks to be completed and shipped. 

Pots displayed in photos are just samples of color patterns and the pots you purchase will have their own unique patters.  If a custom color is requested, we provide a color sample prior to final purchase.

Since every pot is hand dipped, we have a no returns policy.  Each shipment is insured for damage.

MOON PHASES:  Moon phases take approximately one week to embroider and assemble.

SHIPPING:  Shipping cost listed at purchase is a flat rate shipping price for the web site, once actual shipping rate is confirmed through a shipping site, any difference will be refunded.
