Each item is made individually and may take up to two weeks to complete and sent out for shipping.
Cancelations must be received within 24 hours, of the order being placed.
Contact us by email for any customization, prior to placing your order.
If items are damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the damaged items and all packaging materials. These items are required for shipping insurance purposes.

There are no Returns or Exchanges. Each item is made per order.
Refunds/replacements are only issued for damaged items.
To process a refund/replacement, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and their shipping container.
